Actually - I didn't make them from scratch. They were frozen and I boiled them (potato & cheddar). A touch lame, but you were certainly the inspiration.
That and my mother use to buy the frozen ones too, and I forgot how harmless and tasty they are.
Oh believe me, I grew up on many a Mrs. T's night myself. Those are some good frozen pierogi! When my sister was living with me this summer, she actually ate them every single day. YUM.
THAT WAS AMAZING! Ah, Yo La Tengo.
ReplyDeleteSooo good Lisa. I loved it. It didn't feel like a longer video, by the by... fyi.
(Umm, Fried Chicken is ahead, ahem.)

That was lovely - and the addition of the children and dog made it the lovelier. Delicious looking food, Lis.
ReplyDeleteAlso loved - "I'm Polish, just a little. But it's fine".
Steph made pierogi's last night inspired by you and they were great.
ReplyDeleteThat is all.
AWESOME!!! What did you serve them with? Stuff them with?!? I guess that part is directed towards Stephanie. Now I'm hungry again for them.
