  3. Ah, I was eating the lemon tart while watching this episode. Well done! The curd was fantastic-- and yup, the ratio is just a bit off, but the taste was all there, Lisa. I ate it all. That's what happens when your roommate is not to share it. Ugh.

  5. its nice for us kitchen amateurs to see that even the pros make mistakes every now and then. that alone gives you a big leg up on the food network. your girl ina would never have the guts to air that!

    now i cant wait to find out what coq au vin is. sounds like wine is involved.
