Tessa - I must admit I was being a little dramatic. The potato salad actually did taste very good! I don't know if it's what I'd bring to the backyard BBQ this summer, but I'd make it for an adventurous palate anytime!
So glad I got to see Lisa stretch her brain all the way to Estonia. Cooking should always be this defamiliarizing!
