i about jumped out of my seat during the close-up of you shredding the beets. i am so afraid of those graters. if you saw the scar on my thumb, you'd know why.the veggie burgers look delicious though! good idea.
I really like the different angles used in the close-ups. It provides some nice variety, visually. Keep it up!
