I'm so glad that you have a forum in order to record and share your WOOF experiences, perhaps this will bring greater caution and responsibility by WOOF and the participating farmers.
On a lighter note... SEASON TWO! I am so excited. All the food looked gorgeous-- summer loveliness! Mm peach caprese salad I want to try that!
I also agree that you should have a random combination of ingredients (like Food Network's show, "Chopped")... however, I think that for the most part it should be seasonsal at least for availability.
What a lovely video, Lisa! (What was the music in the beginning, by the way?)
dude it sucks that happened to you on the second trip glad you got home safely tho! and hey you even got to see the Fam :) i think itd be fun if you and nicole do cooking challenges (for fun) :D
Lisa - can you make some stuff with Quinoa (sp). It's the hip new grain of the 2000's and I would like to get some yummy recipes:)
Sorry for France - terrible - terrible thing that you had to go through and I am glad to see that you are trying to find some sort of grounding as a result of that experience. Thanks for sharing.
Love the idea of choosing ingredients from a list!
ReplyDeleteOk yeah I totally suggested the thing about pairing the random ingredients together.
